You may want to add additional details to your collar. We offer engravings, accent layers, slide-on letters, and bows! These are all separate listings that can be added to your cart along with your collar. If you’re ordering multiple collars with engravings/extras, please comment in the notes which embellishments belong on which collar!

We have an extensive selection of Biothane colors for your gear! Choosing your color(s) is so much fun and generally the most time-consuming part of the process! We’re happy to help you choose some great combinations and you can see a lot of examples on our Instagram page.

Getting a correct measurement for your collar is key! We have these visual guides for how to measure a collar your dog already owns, as well as video links in our collar listings. Always reach out if you have questions or concerns about measuring!

You can use any well-fitting collar you already own to get a measurement. It does not matter what type of collar you are measuring. For example: Your dog owns a quick-release collar that measures 14”. If you want to order a classic buckle collar, 14” is the correct measurement to use!

If you are ordering a Slip or House collar, you want to ensure that it will slide easily on and off their head. Often it’s easier to slide a collar on than off!
I like to create a circle of material (a belt works well!), then slide it on and off my dog’s head. If it’s too hard to slip on or off, I make it a little larger. Keep adjusting your loop until you find a size that is easy to put on and take off without being too large. Then open your loop and measure flat to get the correct measurement for your collar! Video coming soon!

Determine the correct loop size, and mark where the material meets.

Lay flat and measure from your mark to the end of the material!
