We use the best quality hardware available, and should any of it break - rivets, d-rings, bolt snaps, buckles, etc - we will repair them free of charge. If your item needs a repair, please contact us to start the process.

Some things are beyond are control - normal wear and tear, damage done by a pet, or normal material aging.
Exclusion: Normal Wear and Tear
Normal wear and tear comes from regular use - scratches of scuffs on the Biothane or hardware, fading, or color changes. Any of our plated hardware (matte black, nickel- or brass-plated) is a coated material and therefore susceptible to scratches or corrosion to the finish. Any cosmetic damage to our hardware is not covered.
Exclusion: Damage done by your dog
Biothane is a wonderful product for adventures, but it is not impervious to destruction. We don’t cover damage done by chewing, unsupervised tie-out, or gear that’s not suited to your size of dog.
Exclusion: Aging Material
Biothane is a man made material and will age over time. Exposure to sun, wind, water, or freezing temperatures can cause Biothane to age and become less flexible and/or crack in extreme cases. We know you’ll get many years out of our product, but we cannot replace your gear due to natural aging.
Exclusion: Laser Engraving
Our laser engraving is a permanent engraving into your Biothane gear. Engravings may initially look dark due to the soot created by the laser and may fade over time. We don’t guarantee that engravings will stay dark, nor do we offer replacements for engravings that have been scratched or scuffed due to use.
Exclusion: Final Words
We don’t cover our products that are lost, stolen, outgrown, dirty, intentionally damaged, used for something outside of normal pet activates, damaged by cleaning, fire, or alterations/modifications.
