A versatile leash for any excursion! A eurolead, or multi-function leash, is designed to be used in many ways - giving you ultimate flexibility on your walks and adventures. This leash is 7 ft end to end, making a traditional 6 ft leash when you attach the free end to the fixed o-ring for a handle.

Hardware Options:

Hardware choices for 3/8”: All our 3/8” hardware is plated and super lightweight. While this hardware is still high quality and built to last, the break strength is not as strong (due to the smaller biothane width, and smaller rivets). Perfectly strong and durable for small dogs, but not intended for large dogs!

Hardware choices for 1/2”: TINY solid brass, nickel-plated, matte black, solid brass, or stainless steel. Nickel-plated metal can tarnish over time, and usually stainless steel is my top choice for any hardware. However, in this instance I highly recommend nickel-plated, tiny brass, or matte black for small dogs. It's much lighter in weight and more comfortable for small dogs to carry on their leash. I use nickel-plated for our own small dogs (9, 11, and 16 lbs). You can also opt for a stainless steel or solid brass bolt snap, though it is larger and heavier. Solid brass and stainless steel lobster snaps are also available (heaviest hardware option). Now available - lightweight auto-locking aluminum carabiners in silver or matte black.

Hardware choices for 5/8”: stainless steel (the ultimate in tough and recommended if you dog will be in salt water), solid brass (will not chip or tarnish, but may patina over time, and make leave gray marks on light biothane and light fur), or matte black (scratch-resistant, but any coated metal can deteriorate over time). Solid brass and stainless steel lobster snaps are also available. Now available - lightweight auto-locking aluminum carabiners in silver or matte black.


This Eurolead is my new favorite with my own dogs because off all the ways it can be used! We've tested it extensively on the trail and in town. For trail running, I like to use it hands-free around my torso, attached to a leash coupler, attached to my two dog's harnesses. It's so easy to shorten the leash by pushing the sliding O-ring away from me (great when my dogs are next to me on a wide trail) or lengthen it by sliding it in towards my chest (for narrow trails where my dogs run ahead of me). Here are some ways in can be used:

▫️ Hands-free leash around your torso, clipped to sliding O-ring
▫️ Hands-free leash around your waist, clipped to sliding O-ring
▫️ Full length (6ft) leash if the handle end is clipped to the stationary O-ring
▫️ Medium length leash if clipped to the sliding O-ring
▫️ Short leash if clipped to the D-ring at the far end of the leash
▫️ Slip lead if one end is clipped for a handle and the other end is clipped to the sliding O-ring for a collar.
▫️ Two dog leash if you clip both ends to separate dogs (hold with your hand or attach a traffic leash (not included) to the sliding O-ring)
▫️ Dual control if you attach one end to a collar and the other to a front clip harness or flat collar.
▫️ Tether to places like a chair on a restaurant patio (not intended for unsupervised use).

All cut ends are finished with BioSeal - a pet-safe, non-toxic sealant that bonds the interior webbing together - which prevents fluid absorption into the interior webbing and prevents fraying!

Cleaning:
The bolt snap on your leash may may marks on your collar or harness - but good news! - biothane is one of the easiest products to clean! Dirt, mud, and all kinds of muck wipe off easily.
