The PAWS'ITIVE Leader is a simple no-pull training tool made from biothane (a waterproof and adventure-ready material) - created in collaboration with Lauren of Paws'itive Pals Dog Training in Grass Valley! Whether you’re out on the trail or walking in the city, you and your dog will love this beautiful leader. Reminiscent of broken-in leather in look and feel, but 20% lighter and much more durable. This head collar is designed to reduce your dog's ability to pull and lunge on a leash. It's the perfect tool to help teach a comfortable and relaxed heel position with your dog and redirect their attention when it wanders. It provides immediate and gentle control while being comfortable for your dog to wear! Dogs are able to freely eat, drink, pant, bark, and play while wearing the PAWSITIVE leader (however, please only use it while your dog is supervised).

For safety, always clip your dog's leash to both the Pawsitive Leader o-ring AND the D-ring on your dog's collar - OR use a safety clip (optional add-on). Our safety clip is 8" end to end, providing plenty of length to clip to both your Pawsitive Leader and your dog's collar. It is always possible for a dog to slip out of a halter-style lead, which is why we recommend using one of these safety measures.

Currently only available with stainless steel hardware.

An extra-long adjustment strap features holes every 1/2" so you can get just the right fit. Once you know your dog's size and s/he is done growing, you can trim any extra unwanted length with sharp scissors or a knife. Our stainless steel buckle will not break or corrode over time.

For an additional $2, your dog's name can be laser engraved directly onto the cheekpiece. The font is Times New Roman in all capital letters. Sorry, no additional fonts or numbers are available at this time.
